Rules
Unfortunately, a lot of people are not reading the rules so I am forced to place more detailed instructions here. It is really not that hard to follow them, yet I still get a slew of incomplete or bogus forms. So please, read the rules.
1. You must be a fan of "Queer As Folk" and a Brian/Justin 'shipper.
2. You do not have to have a web site to join but you need to have a valid e-mail address. If you do have a site, I expect you to have the code up and it should stay up. If I check your site and the code is not present, I will only list your e-mail address.
3. Web sites should not contain homophobic or any other hateful content.
4. Any incomplete forms (invalid country, no e-mail address, single-letter names like "D") will be excluded.
5. Where it says "Ice cream," place the word "kisses" in the box so I know you have read the rules. Your submission will be deleted otherwise.
6. If your e-mail address or URL ever changes, please fill out an Edit Form or e-mail me with those changes.
